Trek to Mamneth in Srinagar


If you are a beginner, this is the ideal place to  start with. The trek to this beautiful location will take a little over 2 hours hike from Dara.

Mamneth (as local people call it) is situated among the high piles of the powerful western Himalayas. The variety in height is tremendous, extending from 5500 ft to 14000 ft above mean ocean level. Because of this huge variety, the spot is obviously delineated into a lopsided locale. The territory ranges from delicately slanting meadows to sharp rough outcrops and bluffs. Some portion of the region lies over the tree line and this region shows its own sort of normal magnificence with exposed stone mountains and cleft. It is found very close to Dachigam National Park , Srinagar
